Where you actually can eat normal foods! They actually have list of recipe makeovers of classic recipes and not only that, they'll show you what foods are in season... (for someone like me, it helps keep my grocery bill cheaper!)
It took me about 2-3 months to finally shed all those 10 hulking pounds.
